The ultimate Goal of "Goddessence Hypnotherapy " is to bring about the Health and Balance of Mind, Body and Spirit, while creating True Empowerment. The process is designed to allow the "Goddessence (Divine Soul) Self," to shine through and direct all aspects of Life, while Connecting with the "Universal Goddessence" (Divine Source of All Life). Communicating with Spiritual Guides and Guardians is also included in the sessions. Currently, they are only being offered in Mount Shasta CA, for existing clients, by personal invitation, or by special referral.
Sessions are presently designed for those who have some experience in hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, shamanic or trance journeying, meditation, etc. See the 'Testimonials' Page for actual experiences of those who have enjoyed the benefits of these sessions. Those with severe emotional or mental health issues and disorders are advised to seek regular, more intensive, acute or long-term therapy with a Licensed Specialist or Therapy Center (focusing on and specializing in those areas).
"Journey to Serenity Sanctuary" and "Lean For Life" Self-Hypnosis CDS are currently sold in Mount Shasta, CA. Eventually they will be in 'download format' on the website. "Journeys into Faery Land" and "Smoke Free Forever" may be included at that time. They are all designed for adults with some experience in hypnotherapy, hypnosis, shamanic or trance journeying, meditation, etc., and work well as an extension to Client sessions. They are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment of physical or mental ailments, or for those with severe emotional or mental health issues and disorders. See the 'Testimonials' page for experiences of people sharing the beneficial effects these CDs may offer.
The Session is "Client Centered;" allowing for empowerment, insights, and self-awareness. The Hypnotherapist acts as a Guide, as the Client chooses each card, or layout, etc. In light hypnosis, the client is guided to enter into a process of connecting with their "Goddessence (Divine Soul) Self" and with the "Great Goddessence" (Divine Source of All Life). They are also led into communication with their Spiritual Guides and Guardians. Next, they choose the card(s) and enter into the scene on each one, while Intuiting their Own meanings and messages, with the assistance of these "Spiritual resources." The Hypnotherapist gives additional support, information and counseling, as needed or desired.
This process was created in 1990, after providing regular readings in the 1980's. The courses "Transformation Through Tarot" (Steve Hounsome and Philip Carr-Gomm) and "Integrative Tarot Training" (Philip and Stephanie Carr-Gomm) were completed in 2020, and further inspired this work. Currently, services are offered in Mount Shasta, CA. to existing Clients (or with a personal reference or invitation). In the future, these may be offered in other parts of California, Southern Oregon, or when traveling to other areas.

Original and specially chosen Children's Music for individuals, groups, or schools, and Music for specific Ceremonial events, may be provided for negotiated prices as appropriate. Music Therapy is a powerful tool for Healing and Balancing the Mind, Body, and Spirit, for Healing the Planet, as well as for Fun and Celebration! These services are currently only provided in Mount Shasta, CA for existing clients, families, groups, schools, specific Spiritual groups, etc. Eventually, plans will be made to share original music on this website, in written and other forms. Original Music can be found on the Self-Hypnosis CDs.
