The ultimate Goal of "Goddessence Hypnotherapy" is to bring about wholeness, health and balance of mind, body and spirit; while creating true empowerment. The process is designed to allow the "Goddessence (Divine) Self," to shine through the Heart and direct all aspects of life, while connecting with the "Universal Goddessence" (Divine Source of All Life). Communicating with Spiritual Guides and Guardians is also included in the sessions. Services are offered in Mount Shasta CA for clients, by personal invitation, or by special referral.
Sessions are designed for those who have experience with hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, shamanic or trance journeying, meditation, etc. See the 'Testimonials' Page for experiences of those who have enjoyed the benefits of these sessions. Brigitara is now retired from general Clinical Hypnotherapy work, and is focusing on Spiritual Journeys/Trancework and Music Therapy/Healing. She continues to stay 'current' with study/training and Clinical Hypnotherapy renewals. Those seeking relief/healing for psychological, emotional or mental health issues/disorders are advised to seek more intensive, acute or long-term therapy with a Clinical Therapist (and/or Center), focusing on those areas of concern.
"Journey to Serenity Sanctuary" and "Lean For Life" Self-Hypnosis CDS are given to Clients as part of the session. They were created for adults with experience in hypnotherapy or self-hypnosis, and are designed for, and work well as an extension to client sessions. They are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment of physical or mental health disorders/ailments, or for those needing psychological, or mental health therapy. See the 'Testimonials' page for experiences of people sharing the beneficial effects these CDs may offer.
Oracle or Tarot card Sessions are "Client Centered;" allowing for empowerment, insights, and self-awareness. The Clinical Hypnotherapist acts as a Guide, while the Client enters into light hypnosis and connects with their own "Goddessence Self" and Spiritual Guides. The client intuits their own meanings and messages, with the assistance of these "Spiritual resources." The Hypnotherapist gives additional support, information and counseling as needed or desired.
This process was created in 1990, after previous study and experience providing 'regular readings.' The courses "Transformation Through Tarot" and "Integrative Tarot Training" were completed in 2020. "The Tarot Chakra Journey" course was completed in 2022, and further inspired this work. Services in Mount Shasta, CA. are offered to clients by personal invitation or private referral. In the future, these may be offered in other parts of California, Southern Oregon, or when traveling to other areas.
Dr. Christopher's Herbal Health/Nutritional products and books are offered with Free delivery at retail or sliding scale prices to those in Mt. Shasta. Samples, booklets, & education about the Herbal Formulas are provided to those purchasing products. Additional education and guidance may be offered for an hourly rate (to be negotiated). This includes Vegan Nutrition & Health. These Organic Herbal products and Dr. Christopher Original Formulas and books, are distributed through Wholistic Botanicals in Utah, and are of the highest organic quality possible. Dr. John R. Christopher's dream was to "have an Herbalist in every home and a Master Herbalist in every community."

Music can be a powerful tool for healing and balancing the mind/body with the heart/spirit, when used with this intention. Much research and experience has also shown the value of music therapy for all ages. Music is important/valuable for children's education, healing the planet, as well as for fun and celebration! These in-person services are offered in Mount Shasta, CA. Eventually, plans will be made to share original music on this website. Original Music can also be found on the Self-Hypnosis CDs.
